We are excited to share our newly renovated and furnished unit with all new LVP flooring, quartz countertops, tile, shiplap, paint, appliances, furnishings, bedding, linens--new everything! Our piece of paradise sleeps four with a king-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa and offers a cozy living space with leather sofa, comfy swivel chair and ottoman, window bar/stools, and ROKU TV. Prepare meals in our fully furnished kitchen and enjoy them in our cozy dining area OR at the window bar while taking in beautiful beach views.

The property offers many common area balconies with Adirondack chairs to admire the scenery and feel that sea breeze. Along with a welcoming, large pool and kiddie pool, other outdoor amenities include a picnic area with grills and tables, an oversized Adirondack chair for family photo ops, a shuffleboard court and cornhole, a large swing, a poolside snack bar, and outdoor showers along the beach path to wash off the sand, and free beach service (daily setup and breakdown of two beach chairs and umbrella) from March 1st-October 31st.

The Top of the Gulf also provides a game room, an internet café, a fitness center, and laundry facilities.

We are located just minutes from many great dining and recreational options such as Pineapple Willy’s, Schooners, Captain Anderson’s , J. Michael’s, and Firefly, golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, Shipwreck Island, miniature golf, shell and dolphin excursions, St. Andrews State Park, and Pier Park.
